【摘要】:ThescopeofthisEuropeanStandardistoprovideageneralprocedureinordertoassessworkers’exposuretoelectric,magneticandelectromagneticfieldsinaworkplacetodemonstratecompliancewithexposurelimitvaluesandactionvaluesasstatedintheCouncilandEuropeanParliamentDirective2004/40/EC.ThepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardisto-specifyhowtoperformaninitialassessmentofthelevelsofworkers'exposuretoelectromagneticfields(EMF),ifnecessaryincludingspecificexposureassessmentofsuchlevelsbymeasurementsand/orcalculations,-determinewhetheritisnecessarytocarryoutadetailedriskassessmentofEMFexposure.ThisEuropeanStandardcanbeusedbyemployersfortheriskassessmentand,whererequired,measurementand/orcalculationoftheexposureofworkers.Basedonspecificworkplacestandardsitcanbedeterminedwhetherpreventivemeasures/actionsmustbetakentocomplywiththeprovisionsoftheDirective.Thefrequenciescoveredarefrom0Hzto300GHz.NOTE1ThisEuropeanStandardiswrittenunderMandateM/351andrelatestotheexposurelimitsasspecifiedintheDirective2004/40/EC.Itisintendedtoprotectworkersfromriskstotheirhealthandsafetyarisingorlikelytoarisefromexposuretoelectromagneticfields(0Hzto300GHz)duringtheirwork.However,thisandotherdirectivesmayincludeadditionalmeasuresfortheprotectionofspecificgroupsofworkersand/orspecificworkplacesforwhichtheemployerisrequiredtoinvestigateotherprotectivemeasuresasapartoftheoverallriskassessment.SeeAnnexA.NOTE2TheCouncilandEuropeanParliamentDirective2004/40/ECwillbetransposedintonationallegislationinalltheEUmembercountries.Itisrecommendedthatusersofthisstandardconsultthenationallegislationrelatedtothistranspositioninordertoidentifythenationalregulationsandrequirements.Thesenationalregulationsandrequirementsmayhaveadditionalrequirementsthatarenotcoveredbythisstandard.
