【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstheuseofdynamicmechanicalinstrumentationforgatheringandreportingtheviscoelasticpropertiesofthermoplasticandthermosettingresinsandcompositesystemsintheformofrectangularspecimensmoldeddirectlyorcutfromsheets,plates,ormoldedshapes.Thetorsionaldatageneratedmaybeusedtoidentifythethermomechanicalpropertiesofaplasticsmaterialorcomposition.Thistestmethodisintendedtoprovidemeansfordeterminingthetorsionalmodulusofplasticsasafunctionoftemperatureusingnonresonantforced-vibrationtechniques,asoutlinedinPracticeD4065.Plotsoftheelastic(storage),loss(viscous),andcomplexmoduliandtandelta,asafunctionoffrequency,time,ortemperatureareindicativeofsignificanttransitionsinthethermomechanicalperformanceofthepolymericmaterialsystem.Thistestmethodisvalidforawiderangeoffrequencies,typicallyfrom0.01to100Hz.Apparentdiscrepanciesmayariseinresultsobtainedunderdifferingexperimentalconditions.Theseapparentdifferencesfromresultsobservedinanotherstudycanusuallybereconciledwithoutchangingtheobserveddatabyreportinginfull(asdescribedinthistestmethod)theconditionsunderwhichthedatawereobtained.Testdataobtainedbythistestmethodarerelevantandappropriateforuseinengineeringdesign.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1-ThistestmethodisequivalenttoISO6721,Part7.
