【摘要】:ThispartofISO10241specifiesrequirementsforthedraftingandstructuringofterminologicalentriesinstandards,exemplifiedbyterminologicalentriesinISOandIECdocuments.Termsandotherdesignationsoccurringinterminologicalentriescanincludeletters,numerals,mathematicalsymbols,typographicalsignsandsyntacticsigns(e.g.punctuationmarks,hyphens,parentheses,squarebracketsandotherconnectorsordelimiters),sometimesincharacterstyles(i.e.fontsandbold,italic,bolditalicorotherstyleconventions)governedbylanguage-,domain-orsubject-specificconventions.Termscanalsoincludestandardizedsymbols(whichcanbelanguageindependentorinternationallyharmonized,suchassymbolsforquantitiesandunitsaswellasgraphicalsymbols)whichareundertheresponsibilityofdifferentcommitteesinISOandIEC.ThispartofISO10241isbasedontheprinciplesandmethodsgiveninISO704andprovidesrulesforbothmonolingualandmultilingualterminologicalentriesinstandardsandtheirindexes.NOTE1AnnexIoftheIECSupplementtotheISO/IECDirectives[1]fortheworkontheInternationalElectrotechnicalVocabulary(IEV)isbasedonthestandardspreparedbyISO/TC37.Duetospecificrequirements,therulesprovidedinthisSupplementaresometimesdifferentfromtherulesgiveninthispartofISO10241.ThispartofISO10241isapplicabletoallstandardsthatcontainterminologicalentries.Itdoesnotdealwiththeadministrativeproceduresorthetechnicalspecificationsrequiredbystandardizingbodiesforthepreparationofterminologystandards.NOTE2Administrativeproceduresforthepreparationofstandardsarespecifictothestandardizingbody.Forexample,inISOandIECtheserulesareprovidedintheISO/IECDirectives,Part1[2].Sincepresentationandlayoutrulesbynatureareverymuchtiedtothescriptandtothepublishingrulesofthestandardizingbody,theyaredealtwithonlyonanabstractlevelinthispartofISO10241.ExamplesandrulesforatypicallayoutandpresentationindocumentsareprovidedforinformationinAnnexA.
