【摘要】:IEC60825-1isapplicabletosafetyoflaserproducts.Forconvenienceitisdividedintothreeseparatesections:SectionOne(General)andtheannexes;SectionTwo(Manufacturingrequirements);andSectionThree(User'sguide).Alaserproductmayconsistofasinglelaserwithorwithoutaseparatepowersupplyormayincorporateoneormorelasersinacomplexoptical,electrical,ormechanicalsystem.Typically,laserproductsareusedfordemonstrationofphysicalandopticalphenomena;materialsprocessing;datareadingandstorage;transmissionanddisplayofinformation;etc.Suchsystemshavefounduseinindustry,business,entertainment,research,educationandmedicine.However,laserproductswhicharesoldtoothermanufacturersforuseascomponentsofanysystemforsubsequentsalearenotsubjecttoIEC60825-1,sincethefinalproductwillitselfbesubjecttothisstandard.Throughoutthispart1lightemittingdiodes(LED)areincludedwhenevertheword"laser"isused.SeealsoannexGwhichdescribesinformationwhichshouldbeprovidedbymanufacturersofLEDs.AnylaserproductorLEDproductisexemptfromallfurtherrequirementsofthispart1if-classificationbythemanufactureraccordingtoclauses3,8and9showsthattheemissionleveldoesnotexceedtheAELofClass1underallconditionsofoperation,maintenance,serviceandfailure,and-itdoesnotcontainanembeddedlaserorembeddedLED.Inadditiontothehazardsresultingfromlaserradiation,laserequipmentmayalsogiverisetootherhazardssuchasfireandelectricshock.Thispart1describestheminimumrequirements.WherealasersystemformsapartofequipmentwhichissubjecttoanotherIECproductsafetystandard(e.g.formedicalequipment(IEC60601-2-22)ITequipment(IEC60950),audioandvideoequipment(IEC60065),equipmentforuseinhazardousatmospheres),thispart1willapplyinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofIECGuide104,forhazardsresultingfromlaserradiation.However,ifthelasersystemisoperablewhenremovedfromtheequipment,alltherequirementsofthispart1willapplytotheremovedunit.Ifnoproductsafetystandardisapplicable,thenIEC61010-1shallapply.TheMPE(maximumpermissibleexposure)valuesofthispart1weredevelopedforlaserradiationanddonotapplytocollateralradiation.However,ifaconcernexiststhataccessiblecollateralradiationmightbehazardous,thelaserMPEvaluesmaybeappliedtoconservativelyevaluatethisrisk.TheMPEvaluesshallnotbeapplicabletopatientexposuretolaserradiationforthepurposeofmedicaltreatment.NOTEAnnexesAtoDhavebeenincludedforpurposesofgeneralguidanceandtoillustratemanytypicalcases.However,theannexesmustnotberegardedasdefinitiveorexhaustiveandreferenceshouldalwaysbemadetotheappropriateclause(s)inSectionsOnetoThree.note:*SomecountrieshaverequirementswhichdifferfromSectionThreeofthispart1.Therefore,contacttheappropriatenationalagencyfortheserequirements.**IECGuide104:1984,Guidetothedraftingofsafetystandards,andtheroleofCommitteeswithsafetypilotfunctionsandsafetygroupfunctions.ItgivesguidancetoIECtechnicalcommitteesandtowritersofspecificationsconcerningthemannerinwhichsafetypublicationsshouldbedrafted.Thisguidedoesnotconstituteanormativereferencebutreferencetoitisgivenforinformationonly.
